Our top of the line Apartments, which are suitable for senior level management. These are ideal for expatriates who would feel comfortable staying in luxurious and up-market accommodation. These apartments provide larger living space than our other categories and usually come with an additional utility room or study.

Property Description
1. Fully furnished two/three bedroom apartments. Each apartment has  a living room (Fully furnished with seating for five people and a dining table for four). The living room is Air-conditioned. The master bedroom and additional room have attached bathrooms and are air-conditioned. Some of the two bedrooms come with an additional utility room (where a single bed or a Study table can be put on request). In addition to this there is another guest bathroom in these apartments.
2. Each of the Bathrooms has storage geysers for hot water with shower curtains and a bucket and mug.
3. The kitchen has necessary amenities such as Fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, water purifier, sandwich maker, Kettle for tea or coffee. All crockery, cutlery, glassware (water, beer and wine glasses), cooking/serving utensils and cookware is provided. On request Asian Kitchen Package (includes teapot, teacups, large soup/noodle bowls, small soup bowls, rice bowls, 4 pairs of chopsticks, and rice cooker) or Indian Kitchen Package (rice cooker, Indian cooking utensils/spoons, pressure cooker, cooking equipments to make roti’s or chappati’s)
4. Complete bedding with a bedspread, Duvets, upgraded sheets, pillows, Towels (both Bathing and Hand Towels)
5. Washing Machine and Iron/Iron Board are present in the apartment with Rack for drying clothes.
6. Living Rooms have a Coloured T.V. with 24 hours cable connection and DVD Player.
7. Personal Safety Deposit Box.
