We at Enkay accommodate your stay for all periods, short or long, number of persons and the services you require. Enkay combines the comfort of a private apartment with services designed to make your transition smooth and hassle free. Our specialized sales and customer care teams have the expertise and experience in corporate housing solutions. We pride in our highly professional and personalized services standards thus giving you a feeling of being at home rather than a hotel. To make you comfortable we provide the following facilities and services in all of our serviced apartments.

Exclusive Serviced Apartments Services
The following services are provided, apart from all the furnishings and fixtures :-
- Daily housekeeping service from Mondays to Friday (except Saturdays,
Sundays and public holidays). This includes cleaning of floors and making of beds, cleaning of kitchen equipments, dishes, etc. Our Housekeeping team will come to the serviced apartment once a day and do the cleaning.
- Maintenance of Air-conditioners, geysers etc. This includes AMC's of the electronic items.
- The tariff includes laundry costs of bedding and linen provided by us. The bedding and linen is provided by us and changed once a week. Towels are changed twice a week and replaced by clean towels. The service charge includes all laundry costs of bedding and linen provided by us. This will be linen for all rooms, bed sheets, pillow covers and bed covers along with four sets of towels (bathing and hand towel). All towels and beddings are dry-cleaned.
- We have a full maintenance team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc. They well look after the full maintenance of the apartment. The rent includes complimentary dry cleaning of the sofa sets/curtains etc. and Complimentary fumigation of the apartment.
- The kitchen has necessary amenities such as Fridge, microwave, gas stove, toaster, water purifier, sandwich maker, Kettle for tea, coffee maker, etc. All crockery, cutlery and glassware is provided.
- All Utility bills (such as telephone, electricity and cable) are paid by us to the vendors on behalf of the company. These need to be refunded to Enkay. We will assist the company in getting various connections such as telephone, broadband, gas connections etc. Our support staff will assist in sorting any issues with these connections
- Support Staff: Each apartment is assigned an Area Manager. The area manager is contable on his mobile 24/7. The apartment will have a cook cum care-taker who will ensure the smooth movement of your executives in the apartment and serve meals. We have a seperate Complaints manager who is also contactable on his mobile during non-working hours. The occupants will be given a single contact telephone number as well as email id for any issues etc.
- Newspaper delivery service.
Add-on Services and Conveniences for Serviced Apartments
- Our management would be happy to provided planters, paintings curios etc. in the apartment. The maintenance of the plants will be our responsibility.
